P.J. Finley is passionate about using his life experiences to have an impact on people and the planet. An experienced real estate capital markets professional, P.J. is focused on bringing awareness to key issues by looking at them through his own lens and sharing his thoughts; areas of focus include climate solutions and education reform, among others.

P.J. is based in New York City and enjoys spending time with his family, friends and girlfriend. A former Division I athlete, he values teamwork, competition and keeping in good shape.

A note from P.J.:

In one of my favorite scenes from Dead Poets Society, in effort to get students to see things from a different perspective, Robin William’s character invites his students to come to the front of the classroom and stand on his desk, facing the classroom. One by one, students acquire their own newly-appreciated view of the previously one-dimensional class room. The lesson for students was simple: sometimes, in order to improve your thinking and achieve progress, you need to change the way you are looking at the issue at hand.

I invite you to a similar exercise as the one the students in Dead Poets Society performed. My hope is that by sharing with you my perspective, you are able to take with you one or more useful bits of information to enhance your daily life, whether professional or personal. At a minimum, you may come to the important and useful conclusion that you disagree with everything I have put forth. In that case, I am happy for you to have added clarity to your own views.
